Hi, I’m Mohammad Jaid Alam, a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Operations Management. With an extensive professional journey spanning over 15 years, I’ve ventured through diverse industries, including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Oil and Gas.

My primary focus is on enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. I have a deep passion for optimizing performance through the effective utilization of process improvement methodologies like Lean & Six Sigma. By implementing these strategies, I have been fortunate to witness operational excellence and contribute to the growth of the organizations I’ve had the privilege to work with.

A particular area close to my heart is applying the lean methodology to revolutionize hospital settings, including emergency departments, outpatient clinics, operating rooms, and inpatient wards. By implementing this approach, we have successfully reduced patient wait times while optimizing utilization, resulting in significant improvements in overall patient satisfaction.

When I’m not immersed in my professional endeavors or honing my knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS) principles, I indulge in some well-deserved downtime. You might catch me unwinding while watching a thrilling football or cricket match. And I must mention the mouthwatering delight that awaits me—a delicious Chicken Biryani prepared by my talented and lovely wife.

Since 2020, Jeddah has been my home, where I reside with my wife, Heena, and our wonderful son, Yousuf. Life here is a captivating blend of challenges and rewards, keeping things interesting and fulfilling.
