Before you begin, understand what is happening inside the simulation:
You hand-picked your best people, provided motivation (Pizza, Training, Threats). Yet, the number of s didn't drop. Why?

The defect rate was built into the bucket. Trying harder couldn't produce what the system didn't allow.
